Daniela Tomasino (ESR 1, RCSI), Ruth Mateu Ferrando (ESR 4, UNIMI) and Patricia Perez Schmidt (ESR 5, CNR) had the opportunity to present their work at the American Chemistry Society (ACS) Spring 2021 event.
In the track of Polymer Chemistry, Daniela presented her poster “Glycosylated nanoparticles by SET-LR-PISA”. While in the track related to Carbohydrate Chemistry, Patricia discussed the use of glyco-gold nanoparticles in nanomedicine (a work performed in collaboration with the ESRs Avelino and Jennifer) and Ruth presented her work titled “Synthesis of carbohydrate-based ligands to evaluate the protein-corona formation on gold nanoparticles surface”.
