Our ESR Riccardo Rovina from CICbiomaGUNE attended the 3rd Biennial Young Researchers Workshop on Biomaterials and Applications (bioMAPP19) held in Bilbao on the 4th and 5th of December 2019. The workshop takes place every two years in differents Spanish cities. The conference focuses on biofunctional materials, biosurfaces, molecular imaging, therapy, diagnostics, sensing and catalysis.
Many young researchers attended different interesting talks from invited speakers and disseminated their latest results presenting posters or a short speech. It was a great opportunity for all the participants to expand their respective network and start collaborations.
Riccardo presented a poster showing his latest results on the syntheses of glycosylated ligands and gold nanoparticles. He also unveiled a brief overview of his project and its purposes. You can find Riccardo’s poster in the Dissemination section.
