Alessia awarded at the NanoMed Europe conference

Alessia Pancaro (ESR 11) from VITO won the best poster award together with two other researchers at the NanoMed Europe 21 virtual conference, which was held on September 7-9 2021 as a merger of the 16th Nanomedicine European Technology Platform (ETPN) and 4th EuroNanoMed annual conferences.

Alessia presented her newly published work on gold nanorods biosensors, in collaboration with the Gibson group at the University of Warwick, and the Dynamic Bioimaging and Applied and Analytical Chemistry labs at the Hasselt University.
